	Elaine Stipetich, M.S.
	Therapeutic Approach I have been a facilitator of Domestic Violence groups since 1987. I am on the Justice Committee for the Governor's Council for Domestic Violence and have trained Judges as well as criminal justice personnel. I have also been trained as a facilitator for sex offender groups and have worked with victims of sexual assult and domestic battery.
	Education and Licenses Master's of Science in Guidance and Counseling Training from the Family Institute in Chicago Training from the Menninger Foundation in the area of Family Therapy
	Personal and Community Activities Since 1994, I have been making regular presentations at the University of Wisconsin Law School. I am regarded as a lay expert witness in Domestic Violence cases. I have facilitated as well as trained facilitators to present the Cognitive Intervention Program. I have also assisted in the developement of the domestic violence hand book for agents. In 1992 assisted in the development of the manual of use for the faciliation of these groups.
