I believe in accessing our innate ability to be healthy. I understand we will all have moments when life becomes stressful or overwhelming and we may need some assistance in getting back to a good level of mental health. Some of my areas of specialty are: Christian Counseling, Adolescent issues, depression, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, grief, HIV/AIDS, terminal illness, sports psychology, parent training, stress and time management, gang related issues, marriage issues, divorce recovery, and many professional training areas.

Personal and Community Activities
I have been blessed with a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. I love to be outside doing just about anything. Sports have been a life long passion for me. I have volunteered at several local schools doing teacher/student workshops. I also am on the board of directors for the Rock Valley Youth for Christ. One of my passions is mission work and I have been to Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Haiti, and Mexico to give to those in need.
