Therapeutic approach
I work with adolescents in the day treatment program and lead divorce rebuilding and AODA groups. I also have a passion for helping people find job and career direction. My approach is holistic in nature, stemming from my realization that many interdependent factors work together to shape our lives. I borrow from solution focused, client-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques to help clients overcome situations that are difficult for them.
