Sarah Hoffman, MS, NCC, LPC 
Sarah received a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in Community Counseling and School Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor who has several years of experience working with adolescents and their families, clients with relationship conflicts, and individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health disorders.
