I believe everyone deserves to have someone who will listen non-judgementally and offer support in order to heal when they are hurting. While I employ eclectic therapies and techniques, I am Rogerian in nature, and believe all people can make positive decisions for their lives, when given opportunity and support. Above all, I am practical, and understand the stressful and sometimes overwhelming task of raising young children. I strive in my work to suport parents and offer real-world help in working through difficult situations. |

I have worked in Head Start for many years, and continue to consult with daycares to devise behavior management plans and techniques for working with children who display challenging behaviors. I have experience working with medically complicated cases, as well as with children with extreme behaviors. I believe in supporting families as a whole, and working with them to help achieve their goals for health and wellness. |
