Wendy Hein-Drew, M.S.
Wendy Hein-Drew is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse and University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a major in Guidance and Counseling. Wendy works with relationship problems, does crisis intervention, couples and women's concerns. She has done special work with children including an A.D.H.D. group. Her focus as a group facilitator is based upon a firm belief in the goodness and positive energy that can be uncovered in all children and adults. Wendy believes the Social Skills Group concept is a self enriching method to assist children to discover their own strengths and increase their personal skills and abilities.

  Course Description

Janesville Psychiatric Clinic offers Social Skills Training Groups for children and adolescents diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity. Groups are structured training sessions in which children learn and practice a variety of behavioral skills that are pertinent to successful interactions with others as well as academic performance.
As a parent you can meet with therapists to monitor and reinforce your child's progress.

  Course Fee Arrangements

Payment plans are available and most insurance is accepted.

  Scheduling and Ages

Age appropriate groups are scheduled for children age six and older. Each group lasts for one hour and runs for eight weeks.
